Lindsay Helm

Lindsay Helm is an Army Veteran and active duty military spouse. Lindsay is a fierce advocate, mom, and volunteer. She comes from humble beginnings in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. As a young high school graduate, Lindsay enlisted in the United States Army in 2003 and worked as Information and Technology Specialist
After her 8th year in the Army, she transitioned her skills to the corporate world, working in various technology roles such as Information Systems Technician and IT Project Manager for Fortune 500 companies such as Intuit, Amazon, NIKA, Polu Kai, and Tanium.
Lindsay has turned her technology and advocacy superpowers into a rapidly growing company-Empower Employ, and intends to change the landscape for Veteran and Military Spouse hiring and retention.
Lindsay has been featured in media outlets such as Military Spouse Magazine, CBS, Military.Com. She has been awarded (NNY 20 Under 40 and Military Spouse of the Year) for her work in business and continues to volunteer her time with organizations such as Bunker Labs.
Lindsay currently resides with her husband and three children in Hawaii and loves exploring the outdoors as much as possible.

Flossie is a Veteran Navy spouse and an accomplished serial entrepreneur. Flossie has found that her superpower in business is the art of "building". She thrives to build organizations, teams, communities, and everything in between.
Amy Tilson-Lumetta
Graphic Designer
Amy is a trained performer turned multidimensional creative. She is a graphic designer, award-nominated composer, and writer. Currently, she is writing her debut sci-fi book series based on her original musical, CREATED, which witnessed a sold-out premiere at UC Irvine. Her latest music release was also on the first round GRAMMY® ballot for Best Arrangement.
Liberty Klingebiel
Social Media Marketing
Liberty is a sophomore at SUNY Brockport studying Political Science with a minor in Business. She has worked for the last four years with national companies strategizing, implementing, and managing campaigns across marketing, public relations, sponsorships, and partnerships. Liberty loves contributing to startups, small businesses, and non-profits that are building great companies, products, and services.
Liberty’s plans after college include working for a social impact organization, non-profit or government agency to help implement and change for causes she believes in. Liberty loves all things coffee, Taylor Swift, and her cats Peter and Oliver.
Katie Sweeney
Executive Assistant
Katie was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Married to her husband Chris, who is an active duty United States Marine Corps Officer. They have 3 kids, Braxtyn, Cameron, and Kaylee. Katie has been in the administrative field since she was out of high school and has helped turn several small businesses into highly profitable companies with her organizational and system skills. Some of the things Katie loves are, coffee, country music, her family, and working out.

Joel Gordon
Joel Gordon is an accomplished information security and operations practitioner with over 13 years experience working in information technology, primarily focused on supporting large IT environments in the Federal DoD and Civilian space. He currently works for Tanium, Inc where he leads a team of subject matter experts focusing on Tanium's system security configuration compliance and vulnerability assessment product (Tanium Comply).
Reda Hicks
Reda is a practicing attorney and military families advocate based in Houston, Texas. She serves as in-house counsel for a large shipping and logistics company. Reda is also the Founder and CEO of GotSpot, a digital marketplace connecting small enterprises with micro-term commercial space rentals.
Emerald Trejo
Emerald Trejo currently works as a Software Engineer for Lockheed Martin, participating in an Engineering Leadership Development Program. Her technical background stems from her previous experience working at Oracle and a cyber security startup based in Chicago. She is a navy spouse and volunteers her time mentoring Military Spouses, Veterans and transitioning military members.
Adam Devine
Adam Devine is a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at InformData. He joined the Army at 20 as an infantryman, Deployed to Iraq, and was in an IED explosion in 2007 that forced him out of the Army. He moved to Maine, met his wife, and used his GI Bill to get a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. He started a Military Spouse hiring program and grew InformData’s internal Milspouse group from around 15 to over 100.
